From the Swiss cheese master Willi Schimd, this Jersey Blue cheese is truly one of a kind. Probably one of the strongest blue cheeses we've tasted. 

It's bold yet balanced with nutty and slightly smoky aroma, and the paste is soft, creamy and has a yellowish color: it is the characteristic of the Jersey milk with its high beta-carotene content.

It is recommended to pair it with rich and creamy or sweet ingredients, such as fresh figs, sliced sweet apples, dried fruits, nuts, jams, chocolate, sherry, port wine, dark beer, or dessert wines.
