Description

These are the steps:

(If package was refrigerated but not frozen, just go ahead and start cooking. If frozen, thaw in room temp for 15-20 minutes)

1. Boil a large pot of water. Add salt (ratio, for every 10L use 10g salt)

2. Use a sauce pan. Medium heat. Put the pre-made sauce in the pan. Scoop out a small spoonful of salted hot water, add to the sauce. Continue to warm the sauce

3. While waiting for the sauce to heat up. add fresh pasta to boiling water for 90-120 seconds. Add another 30 seconds if you like the past to be softer.

4. Strain the pasta (save the water). Toss in the sauce pan. Add a spoonful of that cooking water in the pan as well.

5. Turn down the heat, toss the pan a little so the pasta and sauce are in complete sync

6. Turn off the heat. Either sprinkle some cheese at the point, or off onto a plate the pasta goes and sprinkle cheese after.
