This event is co-hosted by certified cheesemonger and DIDA co-founder Brenda, along with KULTCHA Kombucha co-founder Angela. Together, they've curated a unique pairing experience featuring DIDA’s handcrafted Taiwanese cheeses alongside DIDA Select’s handpicked European cheeses, ranging from mild to intense. These cheeses will be artfully paired with KULTCHA’s craft kombucha, offering an in-depth exploration of the intricate and sophisticated beauty of these two culinary arts.
Seats are limited, and the session will be personally led by the two founders, who will share their artisanal expertise and pairing techniques. It’s a fun, delicious, and educational experience you won’t want to miss.
